Refund & Returns Policy
Custom Item Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our workshop, we offer no refunds on custom items. The only exception to this policy is in the case of verified manufacturing defects or errors made on our part during production.
Non-Custom Item Returns
For non-custom products, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition to qualify for a refund.

Custom & Personalized Items
No Refunds on Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of our custom sublimation products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
Non-Custom Items & Defective Goods
- 30-Day Window: For non-personalized items or defective custom items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Defects & Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please provide photos of the defect so we can make it right.
- Simple Return Process: To start a return for eligible items, email us with your order number and details.
