What is the typical turnaround?
Ready-to-ship designs typically process within 3-5 business days. Custom handmade projects generally require 2-3 weeks for completion, depending on complexity and the current design queue in our Wright, Wyoming studio.
Do you offer community pricing?
Absolutely. We proudly support local teams, schools, and organizations. We offer special tiered pricing for bulk orders, fundraisers, and community spirit items even items for resale .Â
Can I wash my personalized tumblers?
To ensure the longevity of your handcrafted CVD tumblers, we recommend gentle hand-washing only. While our finishes are professional-grade, they are artisanal products and should not be placed in the dishwasher or microwave.
